Terms

By accessing or using The Recipe Nook (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site for lawful, personal purposes only. You may not damage, disable or impair the Site, interfere with other visitors, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape or harvest content with automated tools without our permission.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the recipes, articles, text and design on the Site are owned by The Recipe Nook and protected by copyright. Enjoy them for personal use; do not copy, republish or use them commercially without prior written permission. Brand and product names mentioned in recipes belong to their respective owners; naming one is a cooking instruction, not an endorsement, and the Site is an independent publication. Video embedded on the Site is hosted by the platform that published it (for example YouTube) and remains that platform’s and its uploader’s content.

Recipes and your cooking

Recipes are written with care, but kitchens, ovens and ingredients vary: use your judgement, follow ordinary food-safety practice (cook food through, store leftovers promptly, check allergen labels), and adapt timings to your own equipment. Classic and traditional dishes are part of a shared cooking heritage; our recipes are our own wording and method. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep recipes accurate and clearly written, but we do not guarantee that content is complete, current or error-free; ovens, ingredients and equipment vary.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Recipe Nook will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

External links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect once posted on this page.
